COUNCIL MEMBERSHIP COORDINATOR

Position Summary:

The Council Membership coordinator is responsible for growing and maintaining council membership in 3-4 assigned DAS territories.

Reporting Relationship:

The position reports to the Manager, Council Membership.

Principal Direct Activities:

  1. Coordinates membership efforts with 3-4 DASes and Council Membership Manager.
  2. Works directly with 3-4 DASes to identify, qualify, invite and follow up with new council prospects.
  3. Assist with marketing efforts in council department.
  4. Works on specific membership projects as needed.
  5. Supports the Manager, Council Membership in any way necessary to achieve the goals of the department.

Responbilities:

The Council Membership Coordinator in the Council Program, is responsible for successfully growing and maintaining council membership in 3-4 territories by helping to create internal and external satisfied customers.

Requirements:

College graduate with 3-4 years work experience. Excellent written and verbal communication Skills. Organized and detail oriented. Customer focused with excellent interpersonal skill. Ability to communicate with high level executives. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of database management. Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
